"The thought behind the title 'Cat's In The Basket' is the opposite of the saying 'The cat's out of the bag' which means a secret has been revealed, so the idea of 'Cat's in the basket' is to mean keeping a secret or hiding something. So I quite like the idea of the cat being a symbol for something private, or you can just see its eyes if we use an image of a cat."

Musicwise Cat's In The Basket" brings our EPs "3:30pm" and "Wishing the clouds away" on one point. Like a great final with a rough and pushing bass and drums section, beautiful atmospheres from the piano paired with the airy  rocomoco Gretsch hanging around together in the trees. And not to forget the breathtaking toplines from Steve Wood's vintage Korg again. Remember: Steve also joined the project with his synths on "Far away from everything". 

As the cat is still in the basket there are new worlds and secrets to discover. Which means for you: no worries the journey rocomoco & The Hidden will go on.
